All comforters have been freshly washed. All pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors have been newly washed or replaced.

The home is cleaned with disinfectant, all high touch areas especially and a safety pack is being left for each booking consisting of :-

Extra toilet paper, an anti bacterial spray surface cleaner, a bottle of hand sanitizer, a roll of kitchen paper, 3 trash bags and 3 dishwasher tabs.

This Beautiful 3 bedroom home has a King Master with an En Suite bathroom with a separate walk in shower and large bath tub. This bathroom has a door leading out with access to the pool area, which makes it very handy when using the pool area as you don't have to walk through the house wet when getting out of the pool especially handy for the little ones in your group.
The Master bedroom has a flat screen TV.
There is a Queen bedroom and a Twin bedroom on the other side of the house. The Queen bedroom has a TV.
Comfortable Family room looking out to the pool area. There's a large flat screen TV in the family room.
Fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Microwave and all the dishes, pots and pans you'll need. With a large dinning table makes a great area for getting a quick breakfast before you set off on your days adventure to one of the many Theme Parks the area has to offer or to one of the many beautiful beaches we have.
If you're tired at the end of the day and don't feel like getting ready to go out to dinner, you can just stay home and have dinner or lunch out on the pool deck relaxing by your very own pool.
Much better than in a hotel and far more relaxing if you have little ones with you.

The home has Free WiFi.for you all to enjoy whether just for browsing or posting pictures or if you have to actually do some work while you're here.

Your own lovely pool area is great for relaxing at the end of a busy day or to start your day with a refreshing swim and then breakfast alfresco.


There's a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use along with a dishwasher, iron and ironing board.

Only minutes from a selection of shops and restaurants, Publix just 5 minutes away and Wal Mart 10 minutes, very handy for all your needs. The newly extended Posner Park is just 5 minutes away and the I4 also just 5 minutes away offering you easy access to all the parks. Disney being only 15 minutes away.
