All comforters have been freshly washed. All pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors have been newly washed or replaced.

The home is cleaned with disinfectant, all high touch areas especially and a safety pack is being left for each booking consisting of :-

Extra toilet paper, an anti bacterial spray surface cleaner, a bottle of hand sanitizer, a roll of kitchen paper, 3 trash bags and 3 dishwasher tabs.

This three bedroom pool home features a master bedroom with en-suite facilities, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to make you and your family or friends a nourishing breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day, whether it be to one of the wonderful theme parks or one of the several retail outlets or shopping malls just minutes from this home.

Both formal and informal dinning areas great for the those times when you don't feel like getting ready to eat out, you can enjoy the privacy and convenience of your own home. Also a comfortable family area, making it an ideal family vacation home.

The completely private pool deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some personal time with the family. The home is located just of Poinciana Boulevard only five minutes from the 192 and the various shops and restaurants it has to offer and only ten minutes from Disney.


The local grocery store is just a few minutes away, ideal to keep you stocked with everything you will need during your stay.

The pool area features outside seating perfect for an enjoyable day relaxing in the sun. Fully enclosed pool screen and private fenced in back yard.

The home is located is located five minutes from the192 and all the shops and restaurants you could desire and only fifteen minutes from Disney.
Also 10 minutes to the I4 with it's easy access to all the local attraction's, parks and all the retail malls and out lets you can think of.

The pool can be heated quickly by the gas pool heater for a fee during the cooler months, yes we do get a few months where it's too cold to swim with out adding the heat.

Why not hire a gas BBQ grill for your stay, it will be ready and waiting for your arrival, you can enjoy some lovely meals during your stay instead of having to eat out all the time.
