All comforters have been freshly washed. All pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors have been newly washed or replaced.

The home is cleaned with disinfectant, all high touch areas especially and a safety pack is being left for each booking consisting of :-

Extra toilet paper, an anti bacterial spray surface cleaner, a bottle of hand sanitizer, a roll of kitchen paper, 3 trash bags and 3 dishwasher tabs.

This four bedroom two and a half bathroom vacation pool home is located less than five minutes from the 192 which offers a wide range of shops and restaurants as well as leisure activities such as miniature golf and go karting.
Newly updated family room with large flat screen TV and a further sitting room offers plenty of space for more than one family sharing or if you want a some quiet space to sit and read or unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has just had new counter tops fitted, you can get a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or make a relaxing meal at the end of the day when you're too tired to get ready to go out. Both kitchen and Family room offer access to the pool area through patio sliding doors.
Master bedroom is on the ground floor also with access to the pool area through sliding patio doors, lovely to wake up and sit outside with your morning cup of tea or coffee, why not squeeze your self a glass of fresh orange juice.
Wal Mart is less than 5 minutes away so nice and handy to stock up on your groceries.
The En Suite bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate bath tub.
It is close to the major attractions Orlando has to offer with Disney only ten minutes away so if you fancy coming home for lunch or a quick swim you can easily do so. Also close to several shopping malls and outlets so you can get all your souvenirs and presents to take home to your family and friends.

The house itself has a master bedroom with en-suite facilities, a queen bedroom and two twin rooms and is situated opposite a children's play area making it an ideal holiday property for any family.

The pool can be heated for a small fee during the cooler months, yes we do get a few months where it's too cold to swim with out adding the heat.
