The 30ft x 15ft swimming pool overlooks a wooded conservation area teeming with wildlife and birds and to the right of the conservation area you have Lake Thomas, where catch and release fishing is available subject to a local license being purchased, there are no rear neighbours therefore you are not overlooked.

Great location, accommodation was fantastic in every way. good size swimming pool. Best family holiday we have ever had. Booked this house again for next year! well worth a visit!!!

We had a 3 week stay in this very centrally located villa. The Florida attraction were all easily accessible as were a selection of local shops, supermarkets and restuarants. The villa was extremely homely with an good comphrehensive range of equipment siutable for a family. The pool area was excellent and not overlooked with a selection of pool accessories eg loungers Barbeque and inflatable toys. Excellent value for money.
